Leon – Green Super food salad

This salad has broccoli, peas, cucumber, feta cheese, avocado and quinoa with a nice vinaigrette style dressing.  It is a nice salad but personally, I could prefer more cucumber.

. This is quite a large sandwich, with a lot of filling, but due to the type of bread, it can be quite hard to each as the crust can be quite hard and the bread a bit doughy.
