This salad dish from Leon consists of sweet potato falafel; harissa coasted roasted carrot and butternut squash, hummus topped with pomegranate seeds, lentil and kale salad and red pickled chopped onions. It is a mix of different textures and tastes and isn’t a regular salad which may not suit everyone.

This naked burrito has quinoa, roasted sweet potato, mixed bean salsa, guacamole & a lime slaw. There are a lot of different tastes mixed together which makes it taste a little strange.
This is a traditional tabbouleh with quinoa cucumber, tomato, onion and chickpeas with a pepper sauce.
These aubergine based “meatballs” have a tangy tomato sauce on top of rice and some sour cream and herbs too. I didn’t think the sour cream was needed.
Finally a sub of the day at Subway that vegetarians can eat. The Cheese and Onion topping is mixed with a lot of mayonnaise making it quite gooey and means you probably won’t need any other sauces.
This wrap has cut up quinoa burgers, nori, avocado, shredded carrot, fresh salad greens, with a mint & gochujang chilli sauce. The wrap makes it task a bit stodgy and there was a lot of carrots compared to the other ingredients.
Wierd tasting falafel wrap with pickles and salad.
A selection of vegetarian sushi from Marks and spencer. It has quite a bit of carot and not a lot of cucumber, no egg or soya or tofu.
