Vital Ingredients – Three bean and sweetcorn chilli and rice

This tasted nice, and wasn’t too spicy, but was on the pricy side.

This isn’t the nicest pasta I have tired.  It has tomatoes, chees rocket and balsamic vinegar.

Pret – Hummus and Crunchy Veg Wrap and Summer Berries

The wrap was quite nice with some onions and leaves to add some taste.  The summer berries with Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries was very nice, but smaller than other shops who sell the same.

Restaurant Review Wagamama Dean Street Soho London

Attended a preview event here. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy but did have a lot of staff, and the street was also quite quiet but maybe it will be busier at other times.

I has a shared yasi goza, a yasi yaki soba and a  shared selection of  mini deserts. They were all prepared well but despite the lack of custoneds, at times it was a bit slow to get service.

Restaurant Review Wagamama St Paul’s Ludgate Hill

Attended the first preview and found that although the website had only had bookings from 1pm it seemed to start earlier than that as people were already there at 1240.

I had 2 new dishes a starter of Bag Bang Cauliflower and Shiitake Donburi.  The starter didn’t look a lot like the picture on the place mats and looked a bit burnt with a darker sause than the orange sauce in the photo and it was quite spicy.

The main was a large bowl with a whole round omelette on top which was made with mushroom slices and whole tenderstem broccoli. Underneath the omelette was grated carrot and rice and it was very filling.  I was warned in advance that it would take at least 10 minutes as it was made from scratch. I also had a tropical juice with orange mango and apple which I’ve had before.

For a popular tourist location it is a very small restaurant but the staff were friendly and attentive.

Restaurant Review – Wagamama Bankside

Attended the first preview event for this new branch. It was very well organised and they were able to seat us earlier than our booked timeslot. It was quite noisy and the table was squashed in next to a side door.  It is very convenient for the new extension to the Tate Modern.

I had the taxi ramen, which is a soup with noodles, tofu, mushrooms, only and vegetables. It was very filling. We shared side order of taxi is planets and mushroom onigi. The mushrooms came with a very spicy dip.

As a drink I had water. We managed to finish in under and hour.

Restaurant Preview Wagamama Bromley

Went to the second preview day at 12 noon for a free meal. Itwas a bit difficult to find as the restaurant signs in the unit shopping centre weren’t clear and stopped without pointing to the door to the new restaurant terrace near the Civic Centre.  Had tropical juice, water, yassai cha han, and yassai goiza dumplings as a side.  It was a bit more disorganised than some of the other previews, there was an accident with the drinks at another table and big delays with the juice. The staff seemed friendly but it was slow and supervisors seemed to need to step in to help take orders.
