This film looks at the incredibly confusing life of Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, who helped her husband WIlly to be a successful author but was initially ignored. When he started having affairs, she found women to have affairs with too. She then decided to start taking on more masculine identities and became a successful author in her own right.
