The different ingredients are reasonably separate meaning if you don’t like one of them you can still eat most of it. The mushed up bean puree is just odd and then half a lime takes up space in the bowl.

This a “road trip” comedy about a female prison guard who has to take a prisoner to visit her dying mother, but they have problems with transport and distractions on the way there and back.

This follows the events of Avengers: Endgame. If offers some explanation and background to how the snaps (called the blip) affected different people.
Peter Parker and his classmates are on a school trip to Europe, where their teenage angst must compete with a mysterious threat, and Peter must try to keep his secret identity secret.

This is a bit odd as the mango sauce is very liquidy and the banana are hidden at the bottom of the bowl. It also has blueberries, dried coconut and granola.

This costs £4.50. It has sweet potato falafel, pickled red cabbage, cucumbers, red peppers, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds, mixed leaves, humous, a large wedge of lemon and a small pot of vinaigrette.
The lemon wedge took up a lot of space in the bowl, and the pickled cabbage was overflowing between the lid and the container.
It tasted ok but wasn’t anything special.

I got this for 99p via the McDonald’s app. The normal price is £2.99 (except on Mondays, when it is “wrap of the day” and is £1.99.
This is 2 normal veggie dippers, in a white wrap, with a spicy tomato salsa/sauce, lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion.
The wrap was a bit doughy, but the filling was tasty – despite some of it falling out of the end during eating.

This is a film adaptation of the famous novel by Charles Dickens. This version is from Armando Iannucci and makes use of colour-blind casting.
It focuses on his David wrote bus life story, what he included, what he changed and what he wrote out.
Although there are comedic elements in other film and TV versions (and in the original novel), this is a lot funnier than previous adaptations I remember seeing.
However, the main problem is the adaptations made to the storyline. It felt a bit like an idealised fan fiction adaptation, that took some liberties with the story.
The character of Barkus is entirely absent, David’s romances are heavily abridged meaning the “will they, won’t they” aspects aren’t as interesting, Mr McAwber doesn’t seem to give his excellent lesson in budgeting, no one is deported, and the storm scene has an ambiguously changed ending.

I tried my second one of these. This time I tried it untoasted with onion, sweetcorn and cucumber with extra ketchup on wheat bread.
Despite the marinara topping supposedly being kept warm over a hot Bain-Marie water bath, it was barely warm.
The extra ketchup helped country the lack of marinara sauce and the vegetables made it taste healthier.

I got this for 99p via a special offer on the app. The regular price is £3.39.
It is 2 of their veggie dipper goujons inside a sesame seed bun with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. There are no extra toppings or salad such as tomato, cucumber or onion and no ketchup, maki g it a bit dry. The fact there were 2 separate dippers, rather than a single patty in it made it harder to eat.

This is a glazed ring doughnut, and it doesn’t taste notably different to other glazed ring doughnuts with a slightly sweet sticky, gooey glazed coating.
