Mischief Movie Night In – Sunday 7 Feb 5pm

This was the first part in the first-ever Sequel Sunday where they perform one movie and then later perform the sequel.

This was a very funny pirate movie, set on a ship called The Penguin Double Decker and the Movie was called Look Out! It included inappropriate upbeat music, a ballet dance and the Captain’s pet chicken called Mischief who he was very very fond of.

The captain was on a quest to find a magic memory-erasing amulet (which is according to the explanation given, apparently an important type if necklace) and his missing son. The latter was being raised on an island with 2 groups of ridiculous elder counsellors.

Mischief Movie Night In – Sat 6 Feb 2021

Tonight was a western zombie movie set in Edinburgh called Wild Feast.

It was a bit weird but there was some funny close-ups and problems with the cast knowing which camera was on them. There was also a Hamilton style rap musical number sing by zombies and some healing tickles.

Mischief Movie Night In – Friday 5 February 2021

Tonight was an escape movie set in Camelot Castle called The Quest for Escape A Lot. It included a farmer who bragged about his sheep and an inappropriate round of applause and an inappropriate product placement of a stairlift.

It had a man who usurped his brother and niece to take the throne. It included a funny slow-motion part about drinking mead which then went into fast forward. It then had a Shakespearean section.

Papa John’s – ‘Not Chicken’ Vegan Bites

These seem similar to other vegan nuggets made of things like Quirn. They taste nice and come with a tomato sauce. It is sold as a side but is quite a large portion.

Papa John’s – Alice Tai Pizza

This is a vegan pizza with fake cheese, vegan sausage, sweet corn, mushrooms and tomatoes. It tasted nice (even with olives which I don’t usually like). The vegan cheese tasted slightly laggy, but the toppings compensated.

Pret – Sunshine ‘n’ Spice

This wrap has curried chickpeas mixed with ginger, lime, vegan mayo, and sweet mango chutney. It also has fresh mint, red pepper, spinach and cucumber

It tasted gooey and a but stodgy but was edible.
