Mischief Movie Night In – 8pm Saturday 31 July 2021 (Trilogy Special)

Part 2 started with a brief catch up of the first films. The title Ashopolyse Next.

The Zoom audience was asked what they wanted more of & social media asked for lipstick to vocals of another actor, Amy Windmill, the local Mp, who keeps working despite everyone being dead and giving in all your weapons at the door trope.

We discovered one of the characters was transforming to a mutant, another had been bitten over a year ago but hadn’t transformed, others got transformed. The possibility of a cure was attempted by sacrificing an immune man by removing all his blood.

After he hid in a bookshop, characters from books Sherlock Holmes, Oliver Twist, the Ghost of Christmas Past, and Captain Nemo were now with Mutant X.

There was a lot of appearance of the umbrella peacock penis, Jonathan completely lost it as Oscar, and they gave up on family-friendly. It ended with the mutants being transformed back to humans when the vaccine was transferred to the air.

Mischief Movie Night In – 5pm Saturday 31 July 2021 (Trilogy Special)

Part 1 of the trilogy was a post-apocalyptic movie set in a high street called Ashop-olypse Now.

Social media asked for a dangerous version of duck duck goose, an unexpected final cliffhanger, elaborate birthday song presented by servers in a restaurant.

It started with 2 people hiding in a Greggs, but quickly had a gender-changing person, prophecies, confusion about timelines involved, weird uncontrolled umbrella incidents and swaying mutants.

Jungle Cruise (2021)

Amusing Disney live action-adventure film set in 1916 about a woman explorer who is ignored by the patriarchal institutions and her devoted brother who go on a quest to find a legendary healing petal with a dodgy boat captain who has a big secret.

It has some corny jokes but was an enjoyable film. It stars Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt and Jack Whitehall.
