Fatherhood (2021)

This is about a widower bringing up his daughter from newborn through the first few years of her life, while holding down a job.

Although the initial oremus of the story is sad, there are funny moments later on.

What’s Your Number? (2011)

This is a tom com about a woman who, after a discussion with her friends gets concerned about the number of guys she’s slept with, and decides to revisit all her (20) exes to see if any are her ideal man.

It stars Anna Faris and a pre-Captain America Chris Evans, with (also pre-Marvel) Chris Pratt and Anthony Mackie in smaller roles.

It is amusing in parts but can drag on a bit before the inevitable conclusion.

This is a film documentary about the complex and confusing events surrounding Britney Spears’s conservatorsip case where her father took control over all aspects of her life.

It is an interesting story with contributions supporting Britney and detailing the way her father abused her position.

This a thriller about a former baseball player who went undercover in WW2 to assassinate a Nazi who was working on the atomic bomb.

It can drag on a little, but it is a reasonably interesting story based on a real event.
