A nice vegetarian pasta dish, which is filling and tasty, but a bit on the expensive side for a cheap lunch option.

A selection of vegetarian sushi from Marks and spencer. It has quite a bit of carot and not a lot of cucumber, no egg or soya or tofu.

Nice fillings but hard to eat as they are quite full but floppy.

This has 2 quinoa burgers, whole grain brown rice, seasonal greens, ginger, herbs, in a coconut sauce. It is quite hard to eat due to the size of the pots compared to the size of the burgers.

This salad has broccoli, peas, cucumber, feta cheese, avocado and quinoa with a nice vinaigrette style dressing. It is a nice salad but personally, I could prefer more cucumber.

The sauce is quite spicy but it is quite tasty and the wrap isn’t as doughy as others.

This is quite a large sandwich, with a lot of filling, but due to the type of bread, it can be quite hard to each as the crust can be quite hard and the bread a bit doughy.

This wrap contains onion and potato bhaji, spiced pumpkin, sweet potato, peas, carrots spinach and chilli in a vegan mayonnaise.4
It is a bit spicy and has limited salad ingredients to counteract this but tastes ok.

Nice and tasty vegetarian option which includes free guacamole (can be made vegan by not having cheese or sour cream). It is rice, beans, peppers and salsa in a bowl.
.
There is a lot of flatbread compared to the filling of avocado, spinach, falafel, red onion and tomato, and it can be a bit gooey.
