Miss Pettegrew has problems keeping jobs as a nanny. Her agency boss tells her there is nothing else for her but Miss Pettegrew spots a job and goes to visit. She finds a ditsy socialite who needs help keeping her boyfriends from finding out about each other. Miss Pettegrew agrees to work as her social secretary and has her most adventurous day so far.
