Flashbacks look at the abdication of Edward VIII, and now as the Duke of Windsor he returns to England for his brother’s funeral, without his wife Wallis and it is clear that The Queen mother and Queen Mary have not forgiven him for the abdication and the pressure that placed on his brother. Also Philip is unhappy that he can’t always get his own way not that his wife is Queen.
