This Christmassy salad has roasted butternut squash, broccoli and spinach with a sprout & apple slaw. Topped with a creamy Wensleydale & cranberry crumble, caramelised pecans and pomegranate seeds, with a French dijon dressing. It is interesting to try cold shredded sprouts but they weren’t as bad as they sound.
