Everyone (including members) is advised to prebook a free timeslot ticket online before visiting the orchids to guarantee entry. These do not include entry to he gardens which is £18 for non-members (free for members).
You can still visit if you don’t have a ticket. They have 2 during areas pre-booked tickets get priority entry each half-hour. If there is still capacity, those without tickets are let in, on a seemingly one in one out system.
I had a prebooked ticket for 10.30. This is the earliest time slot available, but they let us in just after 10.20.
There a was a large variety of orchid variety and colours. A number of animal models hidden around the festival, and a large volcano model made up of orchids. They also had archways and columns covered in different orchids.
It was a beautiful festival with a lot to see, but due to the number of paths inside with no apparent order, it was easy to either see the same things twice or accidentally miss something.
It also started to get quite crowded very quickly, so visiting as soon as it opens is definitely recommended.

Despite the name it also has sliced of normal tomato and the basil is in the form of pesto.
It isn’t anything special and tastes like a cheese & tomato toasted sandwich covered in pesto.
For me, it has far too much pesto.

Normal price 3.60 for a small juice. I got it for £2 under a special offer.
It us a mixture of apple, carrot and ginger.
It was room temperature rather than being chilled. It tasted a bit like gingery apple.

This costs £5.99. It includes 6 avocado and cucumber rolls, veggie gyoza dumplings, nigiri rice fingers, rocket, soy sauce bottle and a pot of ginger and sesame dressing.
It is a bit odd having cold gyoza and the non-vegan sushi boxes seem to give more variety. For what it is, it looks a little overpriced.

This is the life story (so far) of Andrea Barber who as a child played the role if Kimmy Gibbler in the US family sitcom Full House and more recently she reprised the role in the reboot Fuller House.
It is an interesting story with a few behind the scenes stories, but a more about her life away from showbiz.
It has both funny and emotional parts in it and the audible version is read by Andrea herself, who helps to show that it us ok to be different.

This costs £3.75. It includes diced mango, blueberries and pomegranate seeds on a puree of avocado mixed with mango, coconut and banana.
The smoothie bowls are quite liquidy which gives them an odd consistency as if they have poured a smoothie into a bowl and plonked fruit on top.

Thus us a reasonable film about a journalist who is asked to write an article about a children’s TV presenter called Mr Rogers.
The journalist is unhappy with his dad, but Mr Rogers helps them.
The film probably means more to those familiar with Mr Rogers and his show. I am not one of those people and found that the film dragged on at times.

This annual travel show is open to the public and itbos reasonably easy to get free tickets using codes from companies or via a free leaflet.
It has a variety of stalls from travel companies, charities and shops.
If you are interested in getting freebies then this is an excellent exhibition to go to.
I managed to over a lot including over 25 reusable bags, 17 pens, 2 pads of post-it notes, 2 fridge magnets, 4 bags of jelly beans, 2 mints, 3 calendars, 2 scarves/wraps, 2 magazines, a sun hat, a wooden whistle, a lens cloth, scented wax and 2 stress balls.
