This retelling of the story of Dr Doolittle the doctor who talks to animals stars Robert Downey Junior in the title role. It includes the voices of Tom Holland, Emma Thompson, Octavia Spencer and Ralph Fiennes. Unlike the earlier version staring Rex Harrison this is not a musical but is an enjoyable adventure where the widowed doctor has to travel to find a cure for Queen Victoria.
