I watched this having never seen the show. It is about a small town called Adventure Bay, where for some reason not covered in the film the emergency services are led by a boy and his team of puppies.
The main stories in the film are about an evil mayor in Adventure City who doesn’t like Paw Patrol and wants to imprison all dogs, the police puppy who has a cross of confidence, and a puppy who wants to join Paw Patrol.
